Okay, we’re already at Disney World. THEY have wired internet. Reliable. Not a lie. Awesome! And Linux hasn’t failed me (my aunt was skeptical. and the internet almost seemed like it wasn’t going to work. I had to yell at the Network Manager “YES DHCP DAMN IT GIVE ME A DNS!!!!” and then it worked. )

…oh and I can ride Tower of Terror and Space Mountain. And I have lunch with Winnie the Pooh tomorrow on my birthday. (still time to buy all gifts and send them to the proper address, if you should know it you know it if you don’t email me) So there’s that.

Did absolutely nothing today.

Well, I guess I ordered a book off of Amazon. “Wrecked” by E. R. Frank I think (one of my favorite books is “Friction” by the same.)

Also went to the bookstore with my aunt. Grabbed a book about SuSE from the shelf and showed her what I’m talking about when I talk about my laptop (she’s smart, but with Linux she still thinks of command lines and scary terminals. She’s more of a Windows person.) I also tried my best to explain the Novell-Microsoft deal, in which Novell is getting (and deserves) it’s ass whooped.

Errmmm… downloading Diggnation (did I mention I do that “legally” now, because I paid for a membership to Revision3 for $5 a month? Might seem like a lot just for diggnation, but I also watch Ctrl-Alt-Chicken (whenever they make it…), thebroken (whenever and if ever they make it…), and the Totally Rad Show (which is totally rad). But I still love diggdown, and I help them out with offering downloads if and when needed (like the special members-only diggnation extra thingy. behind the scenes or whatever. set up a torrent of that for my friends at diggdown. they were very thankful.)

Visited Wal-Mart. Bought a watch with Eeyore on it. Eeyore is a very weird name to type. It looks so strange. Also bought some cough drops, for I am getting a cold. I got the good kind, Luden’s Wild Cherry. Best things EVER.

Also went to Baker’s Square. Got a club sandwich. Good good.

So that was my day. Boring, boring, boring.

What is the cause for this seemingly random smiley, you might ask? Well, remember my story from last week about the Vagina Monologues and the girls who got suspended for saying “vagina”? It was totally featured on diggnation.

Alex read it, said my username quite phonetically, and it was a great moment.

Watching the Super Bowl (purely for the commercials) I saw the GoDaddy commercial with Kevin and Alex in it. Niiiice.

First of all, (if anybody for some reason happened to not know) I have a thing for Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht of diggnation. Why would anyone who reads this not know this, I have no idea.

Anywho, that brings me to this video. Which filled me with laughter, and then the laughter spilled out and got all over the keyboard, which then had to be cleaned up. Man I wish I had that channel back in the day.

Oh, and Merry Christmas and shit. I got all those shirts I wanted for digg, diggnation, thebroken (RIP), ctrl-alt-chicken, I digg ____, talk nerdy to me, and a shirt with the 1up shroom on it. and I got Wii points, My Chemical Romance’s “Black Parade”, Deftones “Saturday Night Wrist” (KICK ASS ALBUM), lots of money and gift cards, a knockoff pasta express from phillip, the magic bullet, another wiimote w/ nunchuck (like anyone comes over anyways…), my favorite Ferreo Rocher candies (LOTS of them), and I’m probably forgetting something but whatever.

Well, Alex got his one dude at the movie premiere. He said he wanted just one guy to yell “Alex!” and apparently he got one.

Oh, and Alex was wearing eyeliner. Why? “Because it’s rock n roll like” was the answer. (that’s not in the video, but somebody else said so)
